Our Site Summary Reports provide a summary of all jobs completed in a configurable date range for a site, Assets Inspected during the period, and any open quotes for that site.
This allows users to quickly provide a summary to a customer, in a single report.
1. To View Site Summary Reports, click on the tree view/structure icon on the upper right side of your Fieldmagic screen as below:
2. Use the filters to select the customer's site and the duration that you'd like to generate Site Summary Reports for:
3. Tick the box on the results then click Generate Summary Report:
4. On the Site Summary Report, you can view:
- Jobs Completed
- Assets Inspected
- Outstanding Quotes
Then you can either download the report or send it to your client directly from your Fieldmagic system via email or chat.
